“Hello Kristy,

            I would like to start by saying “Thank You!”  Thank you for all of your support, encouragement, guidance and wisdom.  As you know based on our conversations, I set a goal to lose down to 175 lbs, which is the lowest AI have weighed since middle school.  At my heaviest I was 230 lbs.  I lost down to 200, but found myself stuck at that point.  I suppose we can call it a “Plateau” for lack of a better word.  Upon breaking 200 I lost down to 185, but then gained back up to 199 which is when I asked you for help.  Your weight loss has been so inspiring and motivating that I knew you could help me. 

You offer a lot of helpful advice and I found that it worked for me as well.  I think the most helpful advice was to do it for myself, accept and make no excuses, and to not make the weight loss a “diet plan” but a new way of life.  Today I weighed and found myself 1 lb from my goal weight.  I started on March 24 and it is now June 2nd.  I feel amazing, and get complimented almost daily by the people that have not seen me in a while.  It feels great, and I have a new self-confidence I have never had before.  I suppose the fact that we have been friends forever, enables us to be more blunt and honest with each other and we are not afraid to say what needs to be said, which may be intimidating for some people.  Because of you, I have been able to guide others to their own weight loss journeys.  Thank you so much, and keep up the great work on your own goal progress.  Much love to the best mentor on Earth!  You rock!

“What a wild 3 month ride!

 There have been some ups and downs, but with anything, the results are what matters.  I sleep better, and have gotten a much better physical routine in place, that still leaves plenty of room for improvement.  My diet has improved, not perfect, by any means, but I know I have to work harder if I want to have an extra slice of pizza on ‘treat night’.

 The program helped both Beth and I become accountable to, not only each other, but in knowing that we would have to publish our weight each week.  Sometimes that was enough for us to decide whether we were going to go for a walk after supper or not!

“This program has completely changed my life!  It’s been 12 weeks and I can’t believe the difference that I feel in my body and energy level.  My days used to be filled with sitting on the couch, dreading having to walk up the stairs or really even get up at all.  My kids were starting to notice and it would break my heart that I couldn’t play with them for very long, if at all.  When I did have to go anywhere, or when I went to work, my knee that was broken would hurt terribly after only a few minutes and if I was on it for more than an hour, I was ready to come home and sleep.  Now, I’m 33 pounds lighter and I have so much more energy.  I can clean my house and still have the energy to play with my kids and help them with their schoolwork.  My knee doesn’t bother me nearly as much.  I noticed the day of my daughter’s birthday party, as I was running around trying to make sure everything went as smoothly as a 4 year olds birthday party can that “hey, I’m not tired and I’m not in pain!” It was a very empowering moment. 

I can’t express my gratitude enough.  I really believe that this program saved my life and gave me back to my children.  I’m going to continue and I know I still have a long way to go but now, I feel like I have a way to get there. And I know I can do it!

“I have had an eye opening experience to say the least.  I’m so thankful for Kristy and her story for being a huge motivation.  This journey has not been easy and I’m so grateful for it!
