Picture of my refrigerator this morning. I desperately need groceries! You can't see what is in the Dickey's cup, but it is asparagus. The hotdogs and egg salad belong to Drew. The stick of butter is real unsalted butter, but we never use it. It is mainly for guests or if a recipe needs it.

I am frequently asked about what I eat. As I was planning my grocery list for today, I thought I would share, not only what is on my list for today, but all of the foods that I would purchase for me to eat. (I did not include any items that I purchase for my son or husband- just me!)

Apple Walnut Delight
eggs (cage free and hormone free)
coconut oil
sea salt
pepper
oregano
thyme
basil
baby spinach
spring mix salad
red wine vinegar
extra virgin olive oil
Seeds of Change Greek Feta Vinaigrette
steak (preferably grass fed beef)
Greek yogurt
reduced fat sour cream
hummus
Pop Chips
Chip-ins
cashews with sea salt
Dove dark chocolate miniatures
peanut butter
quinoa pasta
Amy’s Organic Soups (low sodium)
tuna fish in water

brown rice
chicken stock (low sodium)
salsa

These are the things that I could think of this morning.  All of these items comply with a gluten-free nutrition plan.  If I come up with others, I will add them.  Enjoy!
