If you are anything like me, life takes over and you lose your focus sometimes.  Well, despite all of the stress and work that fills up my To Do List, I (at the suggestion of the brilliant Miranda) have decided to issue the daily MOVE YOUR BODY Challenge on the MOVE YOUR BODY Transformation Facebook page.

If you have purchased the MOVE YOUR BODY Transformation E-book, you can follow along beginning on Level 2 Week 1 (page 25).  Today was Day 1- walk 1/2 mile.

Tomorrow, you will be doing Day 2- walking 1/2 mile and doing the Arm Exercises Video in the e-book.  If you have not purchased the e-book, you can do so now here for only $10 or you can do 15 minutes of arm exercises on your own.

Each day, I will post your MOVE YOUR BODY Challenge on the MOVE YOUR BODY Transformation Facebook page.
